Role Description :

The Project Coordinator role at HealthMinds is a full-time position based in Mumbai . The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. You will be responsible for effective communication between internal and external stakeholders, monitoring project workflows, and supporting administrative documentation. This position operates on a US shift schedule to align with international client needs .

About the Role :

• Responsible for uploading and managing assets with standard taxonomy (correct metadata tagging) and correcting digital rights management in Digital Asset Management system, making it available for reuse.
• Subject matter expert in key concepts, process flows, and defined scope of librarian tasks.
• Suggest workarounds and highlight anomalies when faced with technical challenges in the tool.
• Work effectively with team members and requestors, understand requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist users in concerns around the upload process.
• Take initiatives to learn new skills.
