Overall Job Description

Deliver on dash boards & analytical solutions pertaining to Investments at bank level (Affluent & Consumer banking) using advanced statistical methods, leveraging deep business understanding and analytical expertise.

Preparing analytical reports & sales+ Budget planning to the management team on Investments to devise campaigns & cross sell strategies (Investment products)

Designing end-to-end cross sell models on ETB customers through B2C & via channels

Work on critical business analysis to drive positive impact on channel performance, product offering, customer experience and sales.

Stay abreast of current business developments and coordination with key stakeholders like digital, product, campaign, MIS & marketing teams.

Successfully engage in multiple project initiatives simultaneously

Analytical solutions around (but not limited to) : Cross sell, Forecasting, Propensity modelling, Segmentations, Campaign optimization.

EDUCATION

Essential requirement :

Graduate / PG (Statistics / Business Management / Economics)

5+ years of industry experience in the same field ( Banks / AMCs / Fintech / Investments / Brokerage houses)

Preferred :

Experience in to same field (Investments) & Tier I business school

WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential requirement : Excel, Power Point, Investment products

Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

Inquisitiveness and a desire for continuous self-improvement and development of new skills.

Knowledge and experience of Investment products
