CAD Application Specialist & Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CAD Trainer to lead our technical design training programme for students. This role requires strong CAD software competence, excellent instructional skills, and the ability to mentor students through project-based learning toward real-world outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live sessions (instructor-led & lab-based), guide students during hands-on labs, and provide one-on-one support as needed.
• Teach the curriculum where students design, assemble and finalise a product for 3D printing and prototyping.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, hands-on exercises and project assignments aligned with each module.
• Monitor student progress, assess deliverables (sketches, 3D parts, assemblies, rendered views, exported files) and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Manage classroom / lab environment : ensure all required software, hardware (CAD workstations, 3D printer / export setups) are functioning;

maintain student attendance and participation records.
