We’re now expanding our market presence and looking for energetic Sales Executives who are passionate about food, sales, and fieldwork.
Location : Palsana, Surat (Field-based role with regional travel)
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and approach potential distributors, retailers, and wholesalers for GlowSnac and Vedmix products.
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, store owners, and retail outlets.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent product availability in the market.
- Conduct market visits, collect feedback, and report competitor activities.
- Execute promotional activities, sampling drives, and in-store branding efforts.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and offers.
- Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-ups, and delivery coordination.
- Prepare daily / weekly field sales reports and share insights with management.
Requirements :
Experience : 1–4 years in FMCG / Food / Beverage sales (Less experienced with strong communication skills and motivation are welcome).Education : Graduate or Diploma in Marketing / Business / Commerce preferred.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong understanding of retail and distribution networks.Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.What we Offer :
