MEP Manager

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Project

• Review and optimize MEP drawings for design accuracy and service efficiency
• Provide value engineering inputs and benchmark service standards
• Support cost estimation and budgeting for MEP scope
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for execution
• Monitor site progress, conduct regular inspections, and ensure quality standards
• Lead sustainability initiatives (STP, WTP, rainwater harvesting, green building)
• Prepare MIS reports, certify bills, and manage MEP budgets
• Should be good hand on high end equipment’s installation and commissioning

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and / or Building Management. Minimum 2 years work experience in the same role
