Role summary

• Hiring a hands-on Performance Engineer for AppScan Enterprise (on-prem : Liberty + IIS servers, agent machines, DB server, containerised target apps). You’ll own load, stress, soak, spike and scalability testing;
• maintain the perf lab fully;
• automate test executionand environment setup;
• systematically compare performance against established baselines and trace regressions to specific component changes;

debug performance degradations at Liberty, IIS, DB, agent, or container layers with minimal handoffs.

Key Responsibilities

Performance testing & analysis

detect regressions, produce clear RCA, and tune Liberty JVM / IIS / DB / agent / container settings.

Perf lab & environment management

Automation & DevOps for perf lab

Monitoring, observability & RCA

deliver reproducible root cause diagnostics.

Collaboration & delivery

produce fixes with clear repro steps and measurable improvements.

Required skills & experience (must-have)

DevOs with hands-on experience in on-prem Windows + Liberty + IIS environments + SQL DB.
