Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and innovative

Senior Graphic Designer

to lead and elevate our brand’s creative presence. The ideal candidate will bring a strong aesthetic sense, a deep understanding of brand strategy, and proven expertise in delivering impactful design solutions across digital and print platforms. This role requires both

hands-on design skills

and the ability to

mentor junior designers

while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and product teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of marketing and branding materials across digital, print, and social platforms.

Translate brand strategy into compelling visual stories that strengthen brand identity and engagement.

Design and oversee brand guidelines, campaigns, packaging, social media creatives, and promotional assets.

Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

Stay ahead of industry trends, design innovations, and emerging tools to keep the brand at the forefront of creativity.

Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

7–9 years of professional experience

in graphic design, with at least 3 years in branding / marketing roles.

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (NIFT, NID, or equivalent preferred).

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, campaigns, and marketing design.

Advanced proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with emerging design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, motion design tools).

Excellent understanding of

brand strategy, typography, and visual hierarchy .

Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Ability to think strategically while executing creatively with attention to detail.
