Senior Manager - GCP Data Enginer

Job Description :

Position : Senior Manager – Data Engineering (Google Cloud Platform)

Experience : 19-26 Years

Location : Hyderabad

• Experience :
• 13-18 years in data engineering, cloud data solutions, or enterprise data management .
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience delivering large-scale data integration or analytics projects in GCP .
• Technical Skills :
• Strong expertise with GCP services – BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Cloud Composer.
• Solid background in data modeling (dimensional, normalized, canonical).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python , and modern ETL / ELT frameworks (batch & streaming).
• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow / Cloud Composer.
• Understanding of data governance, security, quality , and metadata management.
• Leadership & Delivery :
• Experience leading data engineering teams in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
• Nice to Have :
• Exposure to Retail, Media, or Consumer Products industry data environments.
• Knowledge of MDM solutions , data stewardship principles, and basic ML / AI concepts.
