Creator Growth Executive
Budget - 3 LPA Fixed
Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore (all 5 Days)
Experience : 0–1 years in creator / influencer space (or just being an obsessed hustler in the scene)

💼 What you'll actually be doing :
- Scouting : Discover top creators across categories (fashion, finance, food, etc.) and platforms (IG, YT, , even Threads if it pops).
- Onboarding : Be the first person they meet at HashFame. Make it smooth, cool, and high-value.
- Relationship Management : Be the creator’s go-to human. Help them get discovered by brands. Be their success partner, not just a contact.
- Market Intel : Know who's blowing up before they do. Spot trends before they're trends.
- Collaboration Central : Work with the marketing, product, and community teams to make creators feel like royalty.
