Position - Health & Safety Officer(Real Estate)

Location - Mumbai

Experience - 3-5yrs In Safety

Salary - 5-6 lpa

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health & Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and overseeing health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing security measures at our project sites. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.

• Key Responsibilities : -
• Implement and oversee health and safety protocols across all project sites.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure safety measures are in place.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote a culture of safety awareness within the organization.
• Address and resolve any safety-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage security measures to protect staff, equipment, and the project site.
• Utilize relevant software to track, report, and analyze safety-related data.
• Qualifications : -
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction or project-based environment.
• Proficiency in relevant safety management software.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify potential safety hazards.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations.
