Senior Automation Developer

We are a product company building an Enterprise SaaS platform that orchestrates Agentic AI within operational workflows . Our platform enables businesses to automate and intelligently connect their processes using AI-driven orchestration.

About the Role :

We’re looking for an experienced Automation Solution Developer who can design and build automation use cases on our platform. If you’ve worked with drag-and-drop automation builders such as UiPath, Power Automate, or n8n , you’ll be able to learn and adapt to our platform quickly and with a bit of practice, become highly efficient at it.

In this role, you will engage with clients right from the stage where they describe their problem statement and take complete ownership from solution design through to automation development and deployment .

What We’re Looking For :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automation development using platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, or similar tools.
• Proven track record of delivering at least 10 end-to-end automation projects .
• A solutioning mindset - the ability to deeply understand business problems, conceptualize automation flows, and translate them into effective solutions.
• Strong sense of ownership and a passion for creating real-world impact through automation.
