Founding Technical Lead (AI x FinTech) – TradeBerg / AmulyaCo

Location : Remote (India only)

Type : Full-time, Founding Team

You need to know trading, and you should be willing to work 14 hours a day, and you need to have longterm mindset, we are building something longterm, you'll directly work with our CEO and founder.

About Us

TradeBerg is building the first AI-native trading terminal . Think Cursor for Trading : TradingView-quality charts, Bloomberg-grade data, but with an AI reasoning layer that actually analyzes earnings, options flow, liquidity, filings, and news for you.

We are not building another retail app. We are creating a new way to analyze markets : deterministic, AI-powered, reasoning-driven. Our goal is to become the Bloomberg of the AI age .

AmulyaCo, our venture studio under Factual Holding Co, is where this is being built, a systems company launching high-moat, category-defining products.

The Role

We are hiring a Founding Technical Lead to own the architecture, ship the MVP in weeks, and scale it into a system traders and funds cannot live without. You will be the technical co-founder, the person who makes this real.

This is a zero-to-one role : design, build, ship, iterate, and then build the team under you.

What You’ll Do

  • Ship MVP in
  • Architect scalable infra to move from retail / prosumer → enterprise funds.
  • Reduce AI hallucinations with guardrails, retrieval, JSON schema validation.
  • Translate trader workflows (EPS beats, options flow, order book liquidity) into software.
  • Recruit and mentor the first 2–3 engineers.

What We’re Looking For

Core Competencies

  • Fullstack fluency : React / Next.js, Node / Python (FastAPI), Postgres / TimescaleD
  • BAI / ML knowledge : LLM integration, RAG, embeddings, JSON schema validatio
  • Financial data engineering : APIs (Polygon, Databento, CBOE, Kaiko), streaming, time-series
  • Systems design : modular infra that scales fast

    • Domain Fluency

  • Understands how traders actually think : EPS, guidance, liquidity, options flow, order books
  • Prior experience with finance data (quant, algo trading, fintech, or crypto analytics)

    • Mindset

  • Bias to ship : MVP in weeks, not months
  • Resourceful : uses off-the-shelf when faster
  • Ownership : acts like a founder, not an employee
  • Obsessed with building something massive, not just clocking in

  • ₹60,000 – ₹100,000 per month, 0.5% – 4.0% equity (founding pool) Performance-based upside

    • Specific Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in programming
  • 2+ years in trading or finance-related projects
  • 1+ years in AI / ML integration
