Must have demonstrated experience in gathering requirements by directly interacting with customers for CRM, web-based and mobile related projects
Must have experience working closely with different stakeholders at customer, partner and technical teams.
Must have knowledge preparing business requirement documents and ensures that there is integration between business and technology.
Must have experience analyzing and modeling existing business processes.
Prepare current state of business process and desired future state
Experience working with Onsite-offshore model preferred
Exposure to tools preferred.
Role description :
Handling presales related activities, do product / solution demo, take part in scoping activities, prepare proposal, requirement document, estimation, cost.
Handle discussions with client and internal delivery team CRM Product sales team
Helping the organization implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators and partners
