Job Description :
- Handle Recruitment, Joining and Exit Interviews of Executives
 - Maintain recruitment MIS and create all role related SOPs
 - Facilitate and support the implementation of the performance management process
 - Prepare Annual Training Calendar and provide need-based training
 - Conduct Skill Mapping exercise and Assessment
 - Facilitate Multiskilled Development Programs
 - Drive Employee Engagement initiatives
 - Drive and facilitate societal initiatives & community development
 - Strengthen governance around statutory compliance
 
Required Qualification :
MBA (HR) / MSW (HR)
Knowledge :
HRM, HRD, OD methodology & Techniques, OB, Excel
Good to have knowledge of Labour Laws, Psychometric tools
Experience :
7-10 years of experience (good to have factory exposure)
