Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, WebdriverIO, Protractor, Cypress, and Playwright .

Build scalable test automation frameworks (POM, BDD with Cucumber, Mocha / Jest).

Write and optimize SQL and SOQL queries to validate data in relational databases and Salesforce.

Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).

Collaborate with developers and QA team to identify test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and coverage gaps.

Perform functional, regression, cross-browser, and data validation testing.

Analyze and troubleshoot automation failures, logging detailed defects in tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).

Report on quality metrics and continuously improve automation coverage and reliability.
