Job description12+ years of Life Sciences industry experience 15+ years of SAP implementation experience including knowledge of Life Science and requirements such as Validate Environments, FDA CFR Part11, Batch Traceability, Electronic Signature, Lab Information Management Systems (LIMS), Sustainability, SAP Information Collaboration Hub Vertical industry experience in Life Sciences viz, Med tech, Pharma, Biopharma Core SAP S / 4HANA and Line-of-Business solutions relevant to Life Sciences Industry Professional certifications – Any relevant SAP Certification / Process Validation Professional (CPVP) Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills Strong executive presence and ability to interact with CxO level Experience from working with global environments & diverse cultures. Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required. Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements. Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies. Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative. MUST be willing to travel extensively, up to 100%. A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services arena Be a positive, pragmatic, and flexible individual. Job Description
- S / 4HANA Cross-functional Application knowledge across Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Plan-to-Stock, Record-to-Report, and Acquire-to-Retire.
- Good knowledge / experience of GMPs regulations
- Provide guidance to the businesses on the appropriate use of the SAP system, review, analyse, and evaluate as-is business processes.
- Design to-be business processes based on global template and best practices, lead and assist in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops.
- Understanding of related IT and latest Emerging Technologies.
- Identify potential risks and issues during project execution, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
- Stay updated on SAP advancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends within the Life Sciences sector, and recommend enhancements to optimize SAP solutions and drive business value.
Requirements
The incumbent will have 16-25 years of experience as a Solution Architect with strong experience in Life science domain with a strong project track record.
