Role Overview
We're looking for a performance-driven B2B Digital Marketer to lead our demand generation and lead nurturing efforts across digital channels. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, AI-driven SEO strategies, and HubSpot and be passionate about building measurable campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. You should have run campaigns in India, the US, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Management :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation.
- Manage paid media budgets with a focus on CPL, CAC, and ROAS
- Own the entire campaign lifecycle : audience targeting, creative input, budgeting, A / B testing, and reporting.
- Have a clear understanding of the tools used to optimise ads.
- AI-Driven SEO :
- Develop and implement an AI-powered SEO strategy, including location-wise landing pages, programmatic content, and AI-overview optimization (e.g. ChatGPT visibility).
- Use tools like SurferSEO, Jasper, or similar to generate and optimize content for performance.
- Marketing Automation & CRM :
- Manage HubSpot / LeadSquared workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing tracks.
- Create and maintain campaign dashboards, lead scoring, and reporting systems.
- Performance Tracking :
- Set up and maintain accurate tracking via GA4, HubSpot, UTM parameters, and conversion events.
- Can work out attribution model and understand customer journeys for campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs and provide weekly / monthly insights with recommendations.
- Collaboration & Strategy :
- Work closely with sales, design, and content teams to align marketing initiatives.
- Bring fresh ideas to improve marketing funnels, MQL to SQL conversion, and pipeline acceleration.
