About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Associate (QA / QC) to join our team at Flam. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of both client-provided and internally created assets, as well as validating live campaigns across multiple regions and languages. You will also use Flam’s internal dashboard to track, review, and create client demos, playing a key role in delivering a seamless experience to our clients.
What You’ll Do
Review and validate assets received from clients and those created internally for completeness, correctness, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Use Flam’s internal dashboard to track, verify, and document asset and campaign quality, and create client demos / reports.
Perform quality checks of live campaigns (including newspaper editions in multiple languages).
Conduct early-morning QC reviews to ensure campaigns go live accurately and on time.
Identify and flag errors, ensure timely corrections, and coordinate with internal teams.
Collaborate closely with design, product, tech, and client success teams to deliver a smooth client experience.
What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience in business operations, QA / QC, or campaign execution (freshers with strong attention to detail are welcome).
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and resolve errors quickly.
Comfortable learning and working with internal dashboards; basic graphic design skills (Photoshop / Canva / Figma) are a plus.
Proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
