Job Description : Manager - Manhattan Active Transportation Management (MATM) Consultant

Location : Chennai

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Manhattan Active Transportation Management (MATM) Consultant with 3+ years of experience in the implementation, configuration, and support of Manhattan Active TMS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern transportation systems and supply chain logistics, with hands-on experience working in cloud-native SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and configure Manhattan Active TMS solutions to support transportation planning, execution, and optimization.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define transportation requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Design and test transportation workflows, routing logic, rate management, and carrier communication.
• Support system integration with WMS, OMS, and third-party logistics systems using APIs and microservices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve functional and technical issues related to MATM.
• Assist in upgrades, patching, and ongoing system enhancements within the Manhattan Active cloud environment.
• Support end-user training, documentation, and change management activities.
• Monitor system performance and suggest continuous improvements in processes and configurations.
