Key Responsibilities

Visit agents regularly to support and grow their business.

Identify and recruit new agents for company services.

Provide training, product knowledge, and guidance to agents.

Achieve assigned business targets and expand customer base.

Maintain records of field visits and agent performance.

Requirements & Education

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

0-2 years of experience in sales, insurance, or field marketing.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Willingness to travel for field visits.
