Job descriptionStrong proficiency in R programming, including tidyverse, ggplot2, dplyr, and data.table. Hands-on experience with RShiny application development and deployment. Experience with RMarkdown, knitr, and flexdashboard for report generation. Familiarity with SQL and data extraction from relational databases. Understanding of UI / UX principles for dashboard design. Experience with Git or other version control systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional with expertise in R programming, RStudio, and RShiny to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to transform complex datasets into actionable insights through dynamic visualizations and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using RShiny for internal and external stakeholders.
- Automate and maintain RMarkdown reports and RStudio workflows for regular reporting needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize RShiny applications for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and visualizations.
- Implement version control and documentation for reproducibility and collaboration.
- Provide support and training to users on RShiny dashboards and RStudio tools.
