Senior Consultant

Lead or support the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labor, etc.).

Perform requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of payroll functionality.

Manage data migration, payroll setups, and process validations as part of the implementation cycle.

Conduct payroll parallel runs , testing, and user training to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with clients to analyze payroll processes and recommend system improvements or best practices.

Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide post-implementation support .

Work with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between payroll and other HCM / Finance modules.

Prepare functional documentation , test scripts, and configuration workbooks.

Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud releases and patches , ensuring payroll compliance with statutory updates.
