Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from understanding business needs to onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to define hiring requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and campus hiring .
• Conduct screening interviews , assess cultural fit, and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.
• Manage offer discussions , pre-joining formalities, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring analytics.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR operations.
