Role Summary

The Mother Teacher will handle all-round development of children in the primary section (Nursery to Grade II), teaching core subjects and ensuring their academic, emotional, and social growth in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach all main subjects (English, Math, EVS, etc.) using creative, activity-based methods.
• Create a safe, happy classroom where every child feels supported.
• Observe and guide students' emotional and social development.
• Communicate regularly with parents and provide progress updates.
• Maintain attendance, reports, and classroom displays.
• Participate in school functions, assemblies, and celebrations.
