ORMAE is looking for an aggressive Director - Business Development
As a part of the Business Development team at ORMAE, you will play a key role in achieving our client acquisition (hunting for new logos) and revenue growth objectives. The role will involve generating a consistent set of high-quality leads as part of the ORMAE Business Development Team. The role requires leading initiatives such as well-researched and smart calling and targeted email marketing to foray into primarily Fortune 500 companies across the US, Canada, UAE, Saudi
Arabia, Europe Singapore Australia India and other geographies. The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a challenging and entrepreneurial environment, with a significant responsibility and an exciting career path.

What we are looking for :
Responsibilities would include :
The Director of Business Development will be responsible for planning and generating new leads and nurturing the existing customers
Identifying new market for expansion with penetrating strategies
Must be able to create good sales pitch & presentation materials (well versed in PPT & MS Excel, Canva)
Discover new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and email campaigns
Must Meet or exceed Sales Goals illustrated by ORMAE Management
Timely updation and maintenance of database of the prospects / decision-makers
Schedule email campaigns and monitor the performance
Update internal reports and CRM. Ability to generate sales metric reports to present to the management.
