As a Sales Manager India (M / W) in a territory with high development potential, you will report directly to the Area Manager South Asia and work closely with the local team to develop Bridor's activities and participate to the excellent reputation of the brand. You will be an expert and a brand ambassador in using product to highlight their key advantages and quality, with the objective to develop our brand in the area and make our solutions appealing to buyers and final users. You will be travelling up to 70% of your time across India and possibly other countries around.
Responsibilities
The challenge in this position is both commercial and technical. On the one hand, the sales manager develops the business and the turnover in the area ; on the other hand he offers a high quality technical support to his customers. Main responsibilities :

Profil De Candidat Recherché
You have at least five years experience in sales and negotiation with large accounts in pastry, confectionery or bakery sector, ideally for gastronomic or well-known brands.
With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you feel comfortable with different types of audience (chefs, F&B manager, head of kitchen, buyers, marketing & sales teams).
Result and client oriented, you are committed to serving and supporting your customers.
You are fluent in English, and French would be a plus.
You will ideally be based in Bangalore.
