Engineering leader responsible for managing a multi-tenant API management platform built on Apigee Hybrid . Leads teams that build middleware / integration solutions, supports API onboarding, and drives reliability using DevOps / SRE practices.

Experience - 8+ years

Work Mode - Hybrid

Location - Pune

Key Responsibilities :

• Experience in software development / integration; 3+ years in middleware support.
• 3–5 years on enterprise API platforms; 1–3 years on Apigee Hybrid (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Hybrid architecture (MART, Synchronizer, runtime plane).
• 3+ years with Kubernetes (AKS / OCP), Helm, Istio, ingress, service mesh.
• 4+ years in CI / CD pipelines for Apigee.
• Monitoring tools : Dynatrace, Splunk, Sysdig .
• Strong API security (OAuth2.0, JWT, mTLS, TLS).
• Good networking + troubleshooting in distributed systems.
• Manage teams (direct + indirect), delegate tasks, track delivery, and remove blockers.
• Handle performance management, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate business plans into technical execution plans.
