We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Technical Consultant to deliver and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for the Aquera Identity Integration Platform as a Service. The ideal candidate brings enterprise technical experience and a background in identity management, IT security, and / or HR platform modernization. We are looking for someone who can analyze, implement, and integrate the Aquera platform into various identity systems / tools of our clientele.
The Technical Consultant will support cross-functional teams at Aquera. They will be a self-motivated key contributor who thrives in a high-growth environment. This position reports to the head of customer success of Aquera and works hand-in-hand with the sales, Engineering, Documentation, and Quality assurance teams to drive compelling and customer-focused project closures.

- Provide technical services right from the start and till project closures with 100% CSAT.
- Assist all assigned clients in integration requirements and prepare design and document all processes as per complexity requirements.
- Assist the team by preparing whitepapers, conducting knowledge transfer sessions.
- Support cross-functional teams and enhance the existing artifacts for their true consistency.
- Flexible to extend support during any phases of the project, right from onboarding to project closure.
Requirements :
5+ years of IT enterprise experience and must have Domain expertise in Identity Governance, identity management, IT security, and / or HR platform modernization.Prior work experience in SaaS product companies will be valued.We are looking for implementation background candidates who have worked in IDM / IGA tools profiles; those with an administrative background only should be avoided.IGA tools experts in any of these mentioned below :Saviynt -Cloud Access Governance and Intelligence (CAGI), Quest(Dell) One Identity Manager, SailPoint IdentityNow, IBM Security Identity Governance and Intelligence (IGI), Oracle Identity Governance, PingDataGovernance, etc.IDM expertise in below tools in case there is no exposure in IGA tools :SailPoint IIQ, Okta, IBM Security Identity Manager, Oracle Identity Manager, Auth0 OneLogin, Ping Identity PingOne, SecureAuth, CA Identity Minder, etc.Middleware(EAI) expertise in below tools, in case there is no exposure in IDM / IGA tools :Tibco, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.Great to have candidates who have custom adapters / connector implementation knowledge using any IGA / IDM tools.Should know disconnected and direct connectors / adapters.Candidates who have used SCIM for IDM / IGA products will have an added advantage.Knowledge of Authorization protocols such as OAuth, SAML.Knowledge of HCM systems such as Paylocity, Ceridian Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP Successfactors, ADP Workforce Now, and Workday will be a plus.Should have programming knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, Web services, JWT, JSON, and REST.The candidate should show a strong track record of self-learning of new technologies.Candidate should be open to working from the Bangalore Office in US hours.Ability to prioritize high-impact activities, manage multiple priorities, and assess viable solutions.Exceptional written and oral communication skills.Poised under pressure and with a sense of humor.Bachelor's degree or demonstrated professional equivalent.Early joiners < 30 days will be welcomed.(ref : hirist.tech)
