Timings : 06 : 00 pm to 03 : 00 am / 07 : 00 pm to 04 : 00 am

Location : Noida (Sec-142) (100% onsite)

Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in sourcing, identifying, and recruiting IT professionals for our clients in the United States. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US staffing, specifically dealing with state and federal clients, as well as direct clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sourcing and Recruitment :
• Identify and source qualified IT candidates for various positions in the US staffing process.
• Leverage multiple channels, such as job boards, , networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess the technical skills, experience, and cultural fit of candidates.
