Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Navi Mumbai. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include identifying potential clients, LinkedIn outreach , conducting presentations, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Account Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the technology or AI industry is a plus
