About The Opportunity
Healthcare — Oncology & Cancer Care sector serving tertiary hospitals and specialty cancer centres across India. We provide multidisciplinary, evidence-based systemic therapy, integrated supportive care, and participate in clinical research to improve cancer outcomes. We are hiring an on-site Medical Oncologist to deliver high-quality patient care, lead multidisciplinary tumor boards, and contribute to clinical programs and research.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient and inpatient medical oncology care : assess patients, prescribe and supervise systemic therapies (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted agents), and manage treatment plans across solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.
- Administer and oversee safe chemotherapy and biologic therapy delivery; ensure protocol adherence, dosing accuracy, and manage infusion services with nursing teams.
- Identify, grade, and treat acute and chronic treatment-related toxicities, coordinate emergency oncology care, and implement evidence-based supportive measures.
- Lead and participate in multidisciplinary tumor board discussions with surgeons, radiation oncologists, radiologists, and pathologists to create coordinated care plans.
- Contribute to clinical trial activities : screen patients, obtain informed consent, document case report forms, and collaborate with research teams to maintain GCP compliance.
- Supervise and mentor junior physicians and trainees, maintain accurate medical records, and engage in continuous professional development and quality-improvement initiatives.

MBBS with MD / DNB in Medical Oncology (or equivalent) and valid medical registration in India.Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in medical oncology (clinical or academic settings preferred).Experience working in multidisciplinary oncology teams and familiarity with national / international oncology guidelines.Benefits & Culture Highlights
