Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Technical Support Executive – IP Telephony / VOIP. The responsibilities include providing technical support and troubleshooting for VoIP and IP telephony systems, assisting customers with system-related queries, analyzing and resolving technical issues efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service.
