• Develop, implement, and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems and methodologies across Plant.
• Certified with Six Sigma Yellow / Green Belt
• Analyze production / process data to identify root causes of variation, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Well versed concept with 7QC Tools & implementation
• Use data analytics and statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Sigma Magic etc.) to develop models, perform exploratory data analysis, and predict process outcomes.
• Assist in establishing process capability studies, measurement system analysis (MSA), and design of experiments (DOE) as required.
• Support audits and compliance with internal and external quality standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
• Apply statistical methods, machine learning, and predictive analytics to support engineering, production, and business decision-making.
