Vee Healthtek is seeking a Head of Pricing to lead our commercial performance and pricing strategy across the organization. This pivotal role combines analytical rigor with commercial execution, ensuring that pricing models, sales processes, and financial goals are seamlessly aligned to drive profitable growth and scalability.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven commercial leader with deep expertise in pricing strategy, sales operations, and financial modeling, capable of translating insights into impactful business outcomes.
Key Leadership :
- Own and evolve Vee Healthteks end-to-end commercial framework, integrating pricing strategy, sales operations, and performance management.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align commercial initiatives with strategic, financial, and market objectives.
- Establish governance mechanisms, tools, and KPIs to ensure transparency and accountability across pricing and sales functions.
Pricing Strategy :
Design, implement, and optimize pricing models for RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) and healthcare services with diverse revenue structures (input-based, output-based, and performance-based).Support deal structuring and negotiations through financial modeling, profitability analysis, and risk assessment.Monitor pricing performance metrics such as margins, win / loss rates, and customer profitability; drive corrective actions where necessary.Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to Finance, Sales, and Legal teams to enhance pricing discipline and margin realization.Sales Operations :
Lead the development and management of sales processes, CRM systems, and reporting tools to improve forecast accuracy and sales productivity.Partner with Sales and Finance to optimize the sales funnel from lead qualification to contract execution.Standardize deal review frameworks, approval thresholds, and commercial playbooks to improve speed and consistency.Oversee sales analytics and performance dashboards, ensuring data-driven decision-making and accountability.Serve as a trusted commercial advisor to senior leadership on market trends, profitability levers, and commercial risks.Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CA preferred.10+ years of progressive experience in pricing strategy, sales operations, or commercial management, preferably within Healthcare, RCM, BPO, or IT Services.Proven track record of designing and managing scalable pricing models and leading commercial excellence initiatives in high-growth organizations.Skills & Competencies :
Strong financial acumen with deep expertise in pricing analytics, revenue modeling, and deal profitability assessment.In-depth understanding of healthcare economics, RCM industry trends, and competitive pricing dynamics.Advanced proficiency with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI).Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and performance-oriented environment.(ref : iimjobs.com)
