Job Description : Role Overview :

We are seeking experienced SharePoint Developers to design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions for enterprise environments.

The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deliver modern collaboration, workflow automation, and document management solutions using SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016 / 2019, and Microsoft 365 technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries.
Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), JavaScript, and REST APIs.
Customize and configure SharePoint workflows, forms, and content types.
Integrate SharePoint with external systems and Microsoft 365 services.
Maintain and enhance existing SharePoint solutions and troubleshoot issues.
Migrate content and solutions between on-premise and cloud environments.
Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization of SharePoint environments.

Mandatory Skills :

Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and / or SharePoint 2016 / 2019.

Proficiency in SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.

Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and REST / SOAP APIs for custom development.

Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions, workflows, and content management.

Good-to-Have Skills :

Experience in SharePoint migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, etc.)

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive integration.

Knowledge of Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps).

Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills :

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
