Role Overview
The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities,
ensuring smooth execution of financial processes, and supporting cross-functional teams. The
role requires attention to detail, process orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced
fintech environment while adhering to defined TATs (Turnaround Times).
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Manage end-to-end processes including KYC, NACH, Institute, and Lender
- Verify compliance requirements (PAN, KYC, agreements, mandates) before loan disbursement.
- Ensure cases move seamlessly through defined stages in the loan lifecycle.
- Handle escalations & resolve operational queries within defined TAT.
- Conduct pre-disbursal checks to ensure KYC, payments, NACH mandates, and
- agreements are in place.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory norms, lender policies, and internal SOPs.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, or policy deviations.
- Monitor Downpayment and refunds.
- Validate merchant ID transactions and escalate discrepancies.
Reporting & Process Improvements
Suggest process improvements and support automation / system enhancementinitiatives.
Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate with tech / product teams to streamlineworkflows.
People & Coordination
Coordinate with interns / subordinates to ensure smooth execution at the workfront.Communicate and align with internal teams for process consistency.Contribute as a strong team player while supporting leadership and organizationalgoals.

Experience : 2–3 years in Fintech, NBFC, Banking, or E-commerce operations.Strong knowledge of financial products, KYC norms, loan processing, and NACH / eNACH.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.Leadership & organizational abilities with flexibility to work in shifts, Sundays, or holidays.
