Manager- FA (Financial Modelling & Research Analyst)

Job Summary :

We are expanding our Financial Advisory (FA) practice and are looking for a dynamic Manager to help build and lead a high-performing team that integrates advanced financial modelling with deep market research. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical skills with strategic thinking someone who not only delivers exceptional models but also guides others, challenges assumptions, and contributes to shaping our analytical culture.

What Were Looking For :

• Proven modelling expertise : Strong foundation in financial modelling, with the ability to design, audit, and refine complex models for valuation, planning, and strategic decision-making.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills : Proficiency in advanced formulas, scenario / sensitivity analysis, and dynamic model structures; VBA or automation exposure is a plus.
• Strategic mindset : Ability to see the bigger picture, connect business dynamics with financial outcomes, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong research and business acumen : Comfortable diving into industries, analysing market trends, and integrating qualitative and quantitative insights into assumptions.
• Leadership & mentoring ability : Capable of guiding analysts, reviewing deliverables, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
