Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trademark Executive based in Rohini. The Trademark Executive will be responsible for trademark filing, monitoring, conducting clearance searches, and preparing legal documentation. Additional responsibilities include managing trademark prosecution, liaising with clients and regulatory authorities, and contributing to the resolution of trademark disputes. The role requires active participation in ensuring compliance with relevant legal frameworks and providing support for intellectual property matters.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Trademark Filing, Management, and Monitoring
• Proficiency in conducting Trademark Searches and preparing legal documentation
• Strong understanding of Trademark Prosecution and Dispute Resolution
• Client Communication and Liaisoning skills
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property Law and compliance frameworks
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a relevant field
• Experience working on intellectual property matters (preferred)
