Responsibilities

Serve as a major contributor to the design and implementation of the project's overall architecture.

Lead the development and delivery of software projects from inception to completion.

Collaborate with agile teams and cross-functional groups to define, design, and launch new features.

Mentor junior developers in development best practices.

Conduct code and design reviews.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Develop unit tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Manage CI / CD systems to streamline and automate deployment processes.

Ensure application quality and responsiveness.

Actively participate in team meetings and ceremonies, such as architecture discussions, refinements, retrospectives, demos, and standups, to drive continuous improvement.

Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field required; 4+ years of work experience, with equivalent technical experience considered as a substitute.

Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.

Strong expertise in Angular or another advanced JavaScript front-end framework.

Deep knowledge of C# and .NET technologies.

Experience With Python Preferred.

Proficient in using Git or similar version control systems.

Proven experience with large relational databases; familiarity with MS SQL Server preferred.

Familiarity with SSIS and PostgreSQL is welcomed but not required

Skilled in software design patterns and distributed systems practices.

Knowledge of automated testing methods, including unit and integration testing.

Experience with CI / CD systems, particularly Azure DevOps, highly regarded.

Hands-on exposure to AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, AWS Batch, SNS, SQS, ECR, EC2, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront) is advantageous.

Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
