About the Role

The Accountant will handle financial records, bank reconciliation, and monthly reporting for our international property management and Airbnb operations.

Accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail are key to this role.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accounting books in QuickBooks / Zoho Books for multiple entities.

Prepare monthly P&L statements, bank reconciliations, and balance sheets.

Manage vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and expense tracking.

Coordinate with U.S. and Canadian teams for invoice submissions and tax documentation.

Assist in preparing reports for management and investors.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Accounting / Commerce; CA Intermediate preferred.

2–4 years of accounting experience (BPO, hospitality, or export business preferred).

Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and Google Sheets.

Good English communication and analytical skills.

Organized and deadline-driven.
