[Urgent] Associate Dean – Academic Affairs, School of Liberal Arts and Humanities

The Associate Dean – Academic Affairs is a senior academic leader responsible for advancing the academic vision, teaching excellence, and scholarly engagement of the School of Liberal Arts & Humanities. The role ensures that the School’s programs maintain global standards of quality, innovation, and relevance, while fostering an inclusive and intellectually vibrant environment for students and faculty.

Key Responsibilities

A. Academic Leadership & Governance

• Support the Dean in implementing the School’s strategic plan with a focus on academic excellence.
• Oversee curriculum design, review, and enhancement to align with international benchmarks and industry relevance.
• Lead accreditation, compliance, and quality assurance processes (NAAC, UGC, QS, etc.).
• Chair or co-chair key academic committees within the School.
