Salesforce Marketing Cloud – Service Delivery (Marketing) role :
Experience : 10 - 15 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) campaigns including journey builder, automation, email studio, CRM, segmentation, and personalization.
- Lead end-to-end Marketing Automation execution on VBOUT , including journey building, workflows, audience segmentation, email / landing page configuration, A / B testing, personalization, analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Partner with global marketing stakeholders to ensure campaign performance, SLA compliance, reporting, and continuous optimization .
- Manage and mentor delivery teams, ensuring quality governance, operational excellence, and capacity planning across multiple marketing workstreams.
- Drive client communication, requirement gathering, and issue resolution , ensuring seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction.
