Position : DevOps Lead

Job Description :

• Lead and manage offshore DevOps teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure and CICD pipelines.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions using OpenShift, Kubernetes, and container orchestration tools.
• Oversee MDM strategy and implementation, with a focus on AirWatch for mobile device security and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Security, and Operations) to streamline deployment processes.
• Drive automation across build, test, and deployment workflows using tools like ADO CICD, and Terraform.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud-native Containerized applications.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments.
• Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, governance, and compliance standards.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
