Description

We are seeking a Software Manager to lead our development team in creating innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in managing software projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage software development projects from conception to deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the quality of software through rigorous testing and code reviews.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Establish best practices for software development and maintain documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in software development and project management.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Experience with software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
