Finance Manager

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a highly capable Finance Manager to strengthen our financial operations and support our rapid expansion.

About the Role We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Finance Manager who can lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance across our global business. You will work directly with senior leadership to ensure strong financial governance, optimize performance, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Lead the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

Develop and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.

Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with insights and variance analyses.

Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, invoicing, and reconciliation activities.

Manage financial audits, tax filings, regulatory submissions, and compliance with relevant jurisdictions.

Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to monitor performance and optimize financial efficiency.

Evaluate cost structures, pricing strategies, and profitability across programs.

Implement financial systems, dashboards, and automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel / financial modeling skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
