- Hair & Compounds : A premium B2B e-commerce brand serving hair stylists and celebrity salons across the US. Known for ethically sourced, 100% human hair extensions, Hair & Compounds is a trusted name in Hollywood and top salons nationwide.
- VitaBae : A consumer wellness brand offering clean, science-backed prenatal vitamin supplements. With demand growing rapidly in the US market, DHPL is setting up a new manufacturing unit in Chennai to support scale and compliance.
- CX Analytix : A SaaS product built in-house to help companies collect and analyze customer feedback using Net Promoter Score (NPS). Currently in MVP stage, the product is tailored for Indian businesses and aims to make customer satisfaction tracking simple and actionable.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute a data-backed content marketing strategy aligned with business goals, SEO objectives, and market expansion plans.Collaborate with a team of content writers, and Graphic Designers to ensure high-quality output.Utilize content performance analytics to optimize engagement and conversion rates.Conduct in-depth audience research to create culturally relevant and impactful content.Oversee multi-platform content distribution (blogs, social media, email marketing).Work closely with SEO, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging.Continuously track and analyze content performance, making strategic adjustments based on data.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.Proven work experience in content marketing or related roles, preferably in SaaS or B2CStrong analytical skills and a passion for working with data and numbers to drive marketing decisions.Familiarity with SEO best practices and optimization techniques.Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative marketing campaigns.Proficiency in content management tools (CMS), Google Analytics, SEMrushREPORT TO

Office timings from 9 am to 5 : 30 pm from Monday to Friday.Salary : Best in the industry based on experience and skill set.Probation Period : 6 MonthsMedical Insurance for 2.00 lac p.a after 3 months of Joining.Social Security includes - Provident Fund and Gratuity on completion of 5 yrs of service as per Tamil Nadu factories act.10 days of Paid Leave and 8 Casual Leave will be provided for the Year.
