We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role involves full-cycle recruiting for data engineering / analytics, CRM, cloud, and integration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment Strategy : Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the US IT market.
- Candidate Pipeline Development : Build and maintain candidate pipelines through referrals, online communities, and other channels.
- Technical Screening : Conduct thorough technical screenings to ensure candidates meet the required skills and qualifications.
Requirements :
Experience : 5-8 years of experience in US IT recruiting with a proven track record of closures in at least two areas : Snowflake / Databricks, AWS / Azure / GCP, Salesforce / ServiceNow, Workato / MuleSoft / Boomi.Skills : Expertise in Boolean / X-ray searching and outbound communication.Why Join Our Team?
