Roles & Responsibilities :
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of NIIT’s mission, directly engaging with
potential learners and driving enrolments into our career advancement programs.
- Lead Engagement : Proactively reach out to potential learners via phone, email, chat, and social media to generate interest in NIIT’s programs.
- Sales Ownership : Manage the entire sales lifecycle including lead nurturing, product demonstrations, closing sales, and post-sales follow-up.
- Consultative Selling : Understand learners' career aspirations and recommend suitable NIIT programs that match their goals.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with learners throughout the sales journey.
- CRM Management : Accurately log and maintain a detailed record of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, academics, operations) to ensure a seamless learner experience.
Mandatory Skills & Competencies :
