Market Research : Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities or adjust strategies accordingly

  • Lead Generation : Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities and generating business leads to conversion
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations : Conducting product presentations, discussing the benefits, and negotiating pricing and terms to close deals successfully.
  • Pipeline Management : Managing and tracking the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing, ensuring a continuous flow of opportunities
  • Sales Target Achievement : Meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas as mutually agreed
  • Client Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Reporting and Documentation : Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. This often includes using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads and sales.
