About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Supply Chain Quality Auditor to manage on-ground quality checks across our stores / warehouses and ensure flawless last-mile performance. The role requires extensive travel to different locations, conducting audits, identifying operational gaps, and reporting insights directly to the Founder.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end operational & quality audits across stores, dark stores, and warehouses.
Evaluate SOP compliance for inventory management, order processing, dispatch, cold chain (if applicable), packaging, and last-mile execution.
Identify process gaps, risks, and deviations impacting efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
Standardize best-in-class operational procedures and ensure their implementation.
Work closely with the Founder on improvement plans, store performance benchmarking, and operational SLAs.
Monitor vendor compliance and supply quality metrics (e.g., damages, shrinkage, freshness, accuracy rates, delivery turnaround time).
Prepare audit reports, dashboards, and weekly governance insights for leadership.
Train on-ground teams to drive process adherence and quality discipline.
Travel frequently (up to 70%) to audit multiple locations and support new store launches when needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications
6–8 years of experience in Quality Audits / Supply Chain Operations / Fulfilment / Dark Store Management in an E-commerce or Q-commerce company.
Strong knowledge of SOPs related to inventory, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and last-mile delivery.
Hands-on experience in on-ground audits, compliance checks, and operational excellence.
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence improvements without authority.
High integrity, detail-oriented mindset, and willingness to travel extensively.
